CREATES-ITS-OWN-CRUST COCONUT
PIE
 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 can flaked coconut (3 1/2 oz. can)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add milk and flour, blending well. Add coconut. Pour into a lightly greased 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. (Shake pie pan, if it jiggles, it is not done (set).)
