CREATES ITS OWN CRUST COCONUT
PIE
 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add milk and flour, blending well. Add coconut. Pour into a lightly greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
