CRUSTED COCONUT PIE 
1/2 c. fresh milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1 c. sugar

Pour milk over coconut and let sit until you get sugar and butter creamed. Add eggs to creamed mixture; beat well. Add milk and coconut and vanilla. Pour in unbaked pie shells. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 pies.
