NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour. Beat eggs and stir into flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch pie pans. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
