HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ham, ground
1/2 lb. veal, ground
1/4 lb. pork, ground
2 eggs
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. pineapple juice

Mix well. Pack in loaf pan. Top with mixture of mustard, brown sugar and juice; baste once. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
