BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 bananas, sliced
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Maraschino cherries

Mix crumbs and 1 stick butter, pack in 12 x 9 x 2 inch Pyrex pan, bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool completely. Beat 2 sticks butter, powdered sugar and eggs for 15 minutes, add pinch of salt. Pour over crumb crust, arrange sliced bananas, then the pineapple on top of this. Spread Cool Whip on top, sprinkle with nuts. Decorate with Maraschino cherries.
