PORK LO MEIN | |
1 lb. linguine 1 lb. pork, cut in strips (chops or tenderloin) 1/2 onion, cut in strips 1 lg. green pepper, cut into strips 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 scallion stalk, cut in sm. pieces Cook linguine; rinse in cold water, drain. Cook pork in skillet, let simmer. Drain. Add onions and peppers; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over linguine and mix in. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour covered. 6 to 8 servings. |
