MARINATED CROWN ROAST OF PORK | |
Place roast in a plastic bag. Moisten the roast with wine vinegar. Sprinkle all over generously with curry powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Close opening of bag, place in a bowl and place in the refrigerator. This should marinate in the refrigerator at least for 24 hours. Toss the bag around in the bowl periodically. Put peeled fresh cloves of garlic in bag also. |
