MARINATED PORK ROAST 
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano (crushed)
1/8 tsp. ground rosemary

Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1 1/2 tablespoons, enough dry rub for a 5 pound pork roast. Rub over entire surface of meat and refrigerate overnight before roasting.
