COMBINATION DISHES 
1 c. cooked, cubed meat (no fat or connective tissue)
1/2 c. cooked rice, potato, noodles, or macaroni
3/4 c. cooked vegetables
3/4 to 1 c. liquid (formula, milk, or broth)

Do not add salt or fat.

Use combination of your choice and puree or grind (ex: chicken, rice, and carrots). Serve or freeze in serving size containers and use within 1 month.

Many Health Specialists do not recommend combination dishes. If you do prepare combination dishes, use them only after you have fed the individual food several times.
