CRAB HOT DISH 
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 med. green pepper
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. diced pimiento
1 c. grated cheese
1 (6-7 oz.) can crab meat
1 1/3 c. half and half
Celery salt, salt & pepper

Saute onion and pepper until tender. Combine remaining ingredients. Season to taste, turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
