“LASAGNA ROLL WITH CRAB MEAT” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  POTATO CORN CHOWDER

LASAGNA ROLL WITH CRAB MEAT 
8 lasagna noodles
1 (16 oz.) tub ricotta cheese
1 (14 oz.) pkg. imitation crab meat, chopped
5 mushrooms, chopped
2 green onions,chopped
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain combine ricotta, crab meat, mushrooms, and onion in bowl, mix well.

Take 1 lasagna noodle and cut in half. Place some of the ricotta mixture on the cut noodle. Roll the noodle and place in the baking dish. Finish stuffing the remaining noodles and place in baking dish. Cover lasagna rolls with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.

Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
