BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion
1 c. water
1/2 c. light cream
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 lb. Velveeta (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)

Cook onion and broccoli in water - DO NOT DRAIN. Mix milk, cheese, bouillon and flour in blender. Add onion and broccoli to blended mixture. Add cream. Cook (simmer) until thickened.

Serves 4.
