BEEF BRISKET IN BEER 
4 lb. beef brisket
1 onion, sliced
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 clove garlic
1 (12 oz.) can of beer
2 tbsp. flour

Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cook 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Excellent for Sunday Dinner. Good cold for sandwiches.
