BEEF PEPPER AND RICE SKILLET | |
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips 1 c. rice, uncooked 1 c. onions, sliced 2 tbsp. oil 1 lg. green pepper, sliced 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth 1 c. water 3 tbsp. soy sauce Brown beef in hot oil in a large skillet. Stir in rice, onions, beef broth, green pepper, water and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cover and cook over low heat until the liquid is almost absorbed. |
