BEEF & PEPPER RICE SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 red pepper, coarsely chopped
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. rice (NOT instant)
1 beef bouillon cube
2 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce or to taste

Brown beef in 10 inch skillet. Drain. Stir in peppers, onions, rice, bouillon, water and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
