BEEF AND PEPPER RICE SKILLET 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 soup can water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 green peppers, coarsely chopped

Brown beef in oil in 10" skillet. Stir in onion, rice, beef broth, water and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Stir in green pepper and heat thoroughly. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
