SUKIYAKI SKEWERS 
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lb. sirloin tip, cut into thin strips
1/2 lb. fresh whole green beans
4 to 5 lg. carrots, cut into 3 inch sticks
Melted butter

For marinade, combine soy, honey, ginger, and garlic. Add meat and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Cook veggies until just tender. Wrap half of meat strips around bundles of 3 to 4 beans; repeat with remaining meat and bundles of 3 to 4 carrot sticks. Thread kabobs on 2 parallel skewers, ladder fashion. Brush with butter. Broil over hot coals 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Serve on rice.
