NO-SKEWER CHICKEN KABOB 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned
1 lg. green bell pepper
1 lg. onion (red, white or yellow--optional)
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/4 c. Bernstein Fantastico cheese
Dressing (14 calories per tbsp.) or equivalent
3 c. cooked rice (brown or white)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cube chicken (use turkey, if preferred) and saute in about 1/2 of Bernstein's dressing and cook until well done. Set aside. Slice or chop bell peppers and onions and add crushed garlic to remaining Bernsteins dressing and cook about 8 minutes on medium flame; vegetables will be crispy. Combine meat and vegetable medley and serve over 1/2 cup of rice. Serves 6. About 260 calories per serving.
