FRUIT PIZZA 
1 recipe for a 9" pie crust (baked)
1 can lite fruit cocktail or a variety of fresh fruit

Line a pizza pan with crust. Drain liquid off of fruit and arrange the fruit on the crust. Take the poured off liquid and thickened with 1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Pour over the fruit. Serve as a pizza wedge. Store in refrigerator.
