CINNAMON FRUIT MOLD 
3 c. water
1/2 c. cinnamon heart candy
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. unpared diced apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In saucepan combine water and candy. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir until candy dissolves. Chill until consistency of egg white. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour in mold. Chill several hours until firm.
