FROSTED FRUIT MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp. flour
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. shredded American cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add 7-Up and chill until partly set. Drain pineapple, reserve syrup. Put pineapple, banana and gelatin in an 8"x8"x2" pan. Chill until firm.

Combine sugar, flour and left over pineapple syrup in saucepan and add slightly beaten egg and cook and stir over low heat until thick, chill whip cream to soft peaks and fold in egg mixture, spread over gelatin and sprinkle with cheese.
