FRUIT SALAD MOLD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin (no sugar)
1 c. hot water
1 c. drained, diced peaches
1 (9 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple
1 c. low-fat sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until partially set. Fold in pineapple, peaches, and sour cream. Pour into mold and chill.
