GINGER FRUIT MOLD 
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) lemon, strawberry, gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
8 3/4 oz. pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 c. ginger ale
11 oz. can orange sections
1/3 c. seedless green grapes
2 tbsp. minced crystalized ginger

Dissolve Jello gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple - 1 cup syrup and ginger into gelatin. Chill until very thick. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Makes about 12 servings.
