CORNMEAL BUTTER STICKS 
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. cold water
Salt
Additional cornmeal

Heat oven to 425°F. Heat butter in 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle additional cornmeal over melted butter.

Combine Bisquick, 1/2 cup cornmeal and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.

Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth covered board. Knead 5 times.

Roll dough in rectangle 10x6 inch. Cut lengthwise into halves. Cut each half into 12 (3/4 inch) sticks.

Roll each stick in butter in pan. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake until light brown.

2 dozen sticks.
