1 pkg. (1 lb.) carrots
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt, optional
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) Promise butter

You can use a salt substitute. pare carrots, cut in 3 inch long sticks. Place in a shallow 6 cup baking dish. Sprinkle with seasonings, dot with Promise butter, cover, bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves about 6 people.
