BAKED POTATO STICKS 
6 med. potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3 tbsp. butter

Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into strings as for French fries. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt, parsley, onion and pepper. Pour evaporated milk over potatoes and dot with butter. Cover, bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender.
