BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. raisin bread, cut in squares
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix the squares and liquid and place in a buttered Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-60 minutes until knife inserted at center comes out clean.

LEMON SAUCE FOR PUDDING:

1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 tbsp. grated lemon
Dash of salt
1 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

Mix the cornstarch, sugar, lemon rind, salt, and gradually add the water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add lemon juice and butter.
