CARROT PUDDING 
2 c. grated carrot
2 sticks butter
1 c. dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon juice

Cream together butter and sugar. Add other ingredients.
