CARROT PUDDING 
1 c. carrots, ground
1 c. potatoes, ground
1 c. suet, ground
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix carrots, potatoes, and suet together. Add sugar, eggs, buttermilk, and salt. Add soda, stir into above. Add flour. Stir in raisins and nuts. Grease a mold well and fill 2/3 full. Steam 3 hours in a covered kettle.
