CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) cream style corn
1/4 c. sauteed green onions
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Pepper (opt.)

Saute onion in butter. Mix corn, onions, butter, eggs and 1/2 corn muffin mix. Spread sour cream over the top. Sprinkle cheese and remaining muffin mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
