STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1 (3 3/4 oz.) instant pudding mix
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Dissolve Jello in water. Stir in strawberries; beat eggs and add whipping cream, dry pudding mix, sugar, and vanilla. Stir into strawberry mixture. Pour into freezer and add milk. Freeze.
