CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef, chuck or venison
1 med. chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. paprika
4 tbsp. chili powder

Add all ingredients in large pan and cover with 1 inch of water. Simmer for 30-45 minutes (after beef is browned). 6-8 servings.
