PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 box yellow cake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. melted butter
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. chopped nuts

Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with wax paper. Combine all ingredients except cake mix, butter and nuts. Pour into pan lined with wax paper. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture then sprinkle chopped nuts. Drizzle butter over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until knife comes out clean.

Remove from oven. Cool, invert on serving platter. Remove wax paper. Top with whipped cream and serve.
