SUGARED SALMON 
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets, skinned

Preheat the broiler. Spray the broiler pan with nonstick spray. Whisk together the brown sugar, mustard and dill in a small bowl. Place salmon on broiler rack and cook 4 minutes (about 7-inches from the broiler heat). Take out and spoon the sugar mixture on the salmon. Broil 5 minutes more.
