BOURBON GLAZED SALMON 
2 (8 oz. ea.) salmon fillets

MARINADE:

2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup bourbon (your choice)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt

Mince the garlic and place in large bowl with bourbon, soy sauce, and vegetable oil. Add to this the sugar, pepper, and Kosher salt - mix well. Pour into Ziploc style bag along with the salmon fillets. Let it marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Drain and grill over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
