“CHILI AND ORANGE GLAZED COUNTRY RIBS.” IS IN:

CHILI AND ORANGE GLAZED COUNTRY
RIBS.

4 lbs country-style ribs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. canola oil

Put ribs in a large pot filled with water, just enough to cover ribs. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook 45 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk glaze ingredients. Mix well. Set aside.

Remove ribs from water and place on grill, turning and basting with glaze often, grill for 20-30 minutes.

Or set oven to broil. Place ribs on large baking sheet.

Broil, basting and turning often for about 10 minutes.

I've made these for my son-in-law and his friends for a super bowl party and now they always beg me to make them. They are absolutely tangy, fall off the bone ribs.

Chili and Orange Glazed Country Ribs.

Great recipe. I would suggest adjusting it by reducing the soy sauce to 1 tbl, and increasing the orange flavor by adding a generous teaspoon of grated orange zest. Another good idea would be to bloom a half-teaspoon of dried chile flakes in a tablespoon of warm olive oil, and add that to the glaze.
