GRILLED TUNA WITH TERIYAKI GLAZE | |
1/4 cup light soy sauce 3 tbsp. chicken broth 1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger 4 (5 oz) tuna steaks 1 large mango, peeled, cut into spears 1 red bell pepper, quartered lengthwise 3 garlic cloves, minced In a bowl, combine soy sauce, broth, ginger and garlic. Divide marinade into 2 shallow bowls. Place tuna steaks in one bowl. Put mango, and red pepper in the other bowl, Cover both bowl, refrigerate 15 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place tuna, mango and peppers on grill. Discard tuna marinade, but baste tuna, mango and peppers with marinade from mango bowl. Cook 4 minute per side. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
