BARBECUED BRISKET OF BEEF 
1 lg. fresh brisket of beef
1 jar Original Flavor Open Pit Barbecue Sauce

Bake brisket in oven until completely done. Cool overnight. Trim off all fat and discard. Slice meat as thin as possible, keeping slices in order. Place slices on heavy aluminum foil and separate as you pour Barbecue Sauce between each slice and on top of the brisket. Close foil snugly around the meat and return to oven at 350 degrees. Cook again for at least an hour in order that sauce will permeate the slices of brisket. Serve hot.
