2/3 c. butter
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. cake mix (yellow German chocolate)
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
3 c. Rice Krispies

Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over melted butter. Sprinkle marshmallows then chocolate chips, then Rice Krispies. Pour condensed milk over all.

Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes.
