1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
16 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

Cream first 8 ingredients together and spread on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Take out and spread 2 cups miniature marshmallows over top. Return to oven for 3 more minutes. Cool.

In saucepan combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Stir over low heat until melted. After melted stir in cereal. Mix good and spread over top. Chill.
