RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients except raisins in a heavy saucepan. Stir until well blended. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and add raisins. Cook and stir until sauce is thick. Serve warm over sliced ham.
