RAISIN SAUCE | |
1/2 c. dark brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. raisins Combine brown sugar, dry mustard and flour in a heavy bottomed pan. Stir in vinegar, lemon juice and 1 1/2 cups water. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and add raisins. Cook and stir until sauce is thick. Serve on ham or tongue. |
