PINEAPPLE RAISIN SAUCE TO SERVE
WITH HAM
 
2/3 c. raisins
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of powdered cloves
1 tbsp. butter

Rinse and drain raisins. Simmer in pineapple juice for 5 minutes. Combine sugar, cornstarch and cloves. Mix well and stir into pineapple juice. Cook, stirring until clear and thick. Blend into butter. Serve hot with ham.
