3/4 cup purple grape juice
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream
4 cups whole milk
dash of salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

FOR YOUR ICE MAKER:

ice
kosher or rock salt

In a large mixing bowl combine grape juice with sugar and vanilla. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Add cream, milk and salt and stir until fully combined.

Place in ice cream maker and follow instructions. After 10 minutes of churning, add chocolate chips, and continue to churn until finished.

Serve in a bowl or a cone, with favorite toppings.
