RAISIN SAUCE 
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. jelly
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
dash ground allspice
dash of salt

Combine raisins, water, jelly, orange peel and orange juice in saucepan. Bring to boil. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, ground allspice and salt. Stir into orange mixture. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Serve warm with cooked ham.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
