FRESH CORN CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
4 c. fresh corn (cut)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 lg. tomatoes cut in wedges
2 slices bacon, cooked (optional)

Melt butter in skillet; add onions and green peppers and saute until tender. Add corn and salt. Cook until corn is tender. Add corn and salt. Cook until corn is tender, stirring constantly. Arrange tomato wedges and bacon over corn. Cover and cook until tomatoes are heated. Serves 6.
