BAKED FISH WITH SWISS CHEESE 
4 fish (any kind)
Salt & pepper to taste
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. sour cream

Place fish fillets, not overlapping, in a buttered shallow 8"x10" baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of cheese on each fillet; sprinkle with a bit more pepper. Spread sour cream over all. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Large fillets require 8 minutes more cooking time. Serve at once. Serves 4.
