BROCCOLI-SWISS CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted and divided
1/3 c. flour
4 c. chopped, cooked broccoli
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 drops of hot sauce
1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. cooked, crumbled bacon

Combine cottage cheese, eggs, 1/4 cup butter, and flour in container of electric blender; process until smooth. Set aside.

Combine next 7 ingredients, and stir in cottage cheese mixture. Pour into a lightly greased, shallow 2-quart casserole. Saute bread crumbs in remaining 2 tablespoons of butter; add bacon, and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 8 to 10 servings.
