CREAM CHEESE MEAT LOAF 
Meat Loaf:

1 lb. ground beef
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. oatmeal, instant
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
ketchup

Topping:

ketchup
brown sugar
vinegar

Mix topping ingredients to preferable taste and consistency and set aside.

Mix the ground beef and softened cream cheese. Add the other ingredients and mix lightly.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.

Spread the topping evenly over the meatloaf about 1/2 hour before removing the loaf from the oven.
